Tick Tock

this is my take on a oc or some thing @~@ ( not sure if a shiping oc or what ever but ya ) 
this tick tock from what i know tick tock was a fan oc made for ticking toby : D i ship it so cute 
i want to call her clock work or steam punky kinda character  the way that I portray is like a mix of insanity rambunctious and creative with construction of odd inventions of her gidgets and gadgets 
her favorite weapon is a thing called a pop gun ( this part i add to the character ) the pop gun has a odd powder like substance which causes delusions and the feelings of relaxation or ecstasy so it make ya high off you bun's 
really all she dose is point at you and counts down from 3 at the count of three she yell's " pop gun "  and pulls the trigger letting out a burst of the powder when inhaled the powder will take effect shortly after 
though she is portrayed as insane as view her as a very wise character that gives hints of future and overall she's a genius so I only have assumed that she came up with a way to actually see time 
due to an accident of some sort taking her one of her eyes and her replacing it with a piece of time machine or something like that not sure like I said I'm really not sure this was an OC that was meant for shipping but in the end maybe I put too much thought into it but this is just a theory of mind and my take on the oc / character so ya and stuff if she meets two people that are gonna end up together she will tell them they gonna make waffles together this mean they gonna have kids this i add to the oc / character to i just thought it would be kinda funny you know her being insane and all  XD  oooo ya side note she go's into also she will go into a seizure like state having fits for spasms of words kind of like a tourettes but she only says tick or tock tick tick tock tock to stop this you must wait it out or oil her clockwork eye she will often blame it on a loose bolt in her head not like that was an obvious XD i also ship her with gamzee makara ( this 4 my own reasons ) <-- so they can be high together
